The Core Problem

Customers bought airtime and electricity through endless WhatsApp chats. The owner juggled multiple vendor apps to process each request manually, tracked payments, service costs, and profits manually. This led to constant calculation errors and lost revenue. Reconciling daily profits and tracing missing payments from hundreds of micro-transactions was a manual grind that destroyed the owner's weekend.

Infrastructure & Reliability

Building a system that prevents wallet double-spending during spotty internet or power cuts was critical.
